Our Management Team
Jim Kimotho is the Managing Director of African Growth Ministries and divides his time between Hope House and the other projects of AGM. He has worked for AGM for 31 years. He is married and has 6 daughters.
Rosaline Knobbs is a retired nurse from Perth Australia. She started at Hope House in 2002. Initially she managed the home and now is the Marketing Manager for the home. She is a volunteer and is supported from Australia.
Duncan is the manager of the ‘From Pavement to Prosperity’ project and marketing for Hope House. He is married with 2 daughters.
Margaret Njuguna was employed as the Accountant in May 2006. She also doubles as the office receptionist. She is the single mother of one adult daughter.
Nancy looks after the home management and is a trained Social Worker. She also looks after our adopt-a-cot program. She is a single mother of one son.
Laizer is our home manager. She is a single mother of 2 sons.
Janet is our after hours and weekends house manager. She is married with 4 children.
Phyllis is our social worker. She is married with one baby.
Our Child Care Team
Alice is a night duty child carer. She is a single mother of 3 children.
Elizabeth is a night duty nurse. She is widowed with 3 children.
Harriet is a child carer. She is married with one child.
Linet is a night duty child carer. She is married and a mother of 2.
Sarah is a child carer. She is married with 2 children and also cares for 2 of her orphaned brother’s children.
Violet is a night duty child carer. She is married with 4 children.
Virginia is widowed with 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Ruth is married with 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
Our Support, Facilities & Security Team
Njeri is our laundress and purchaser. She is widowed with 3 children.
